Recipe #1 – You will need:
- Flax seeds
- Ground almonds
- Coconut oil
Vegan donut recipe instructions:
1. Soak the flax seeds in cold water for half an hour.
2. Drain the seeds and place them in a blender along with the ground almonds and coconut oil.
3. Blend the mixture until it becomes a simple dough.
4. Take a spoon and scoop out some of the dough and place it into a bowl.
5. Add the dates and mix well.
6. Use a hand mixer to blend the mixture.
7. Line a donut tray with baking paper and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
8. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the dough and place it on the baking tray.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
